Midwinter Recess at MOMI

Schools might be empty but the Museum of the Moving Image will be packed thanks to its Midwinter-break offerings. A wide variety of events are on the menu for visiting film buffs, including screenings of Paddington 2 (Feb 18–22, Feb 24 at 2pm, $15, $9 for ages 3–17), Creative Instruments: Scoring and Foley Effects (Feb 16–24 11am–4pm daily), which allows visitors 4 and up to explore sounds for movies by creating projects such as handmade instruments and much more.
