Leading Ladies: Puppet Making

Take your children to learn about the women in New York City history who have fought for their rights and ushered in changes to society with MCNY's exhibitions Beyond Suffrage: A Century of New York Women in Politics and Rebel Women: Defying Victorianism. Afterward kids are invited to create an activist paper puppet inspired by one of the women featured. Ages 6–12.
