Chuck Jones may have been a Hollywood legend, but one of his greatest creations (namely, Bugs Bunny) was born in a Brooklyn warren and spoke with distinctly New York inflections. At BAM's centennial celebration of the legendary animator, little cartoon fans will meet the borough's notorious rabbit as well as the whole Warner Bros. crew (think Daffy Duck and Wile E. Coyote) in a rapid-fire screening of Looney Tunes shorts. A selection of live-action films, including Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and Looney Tunes: Back in Action, complement the cartoons by showing the extent of Jones' influence. All ages.
