Centennials & Cemeteries: Woodlawn Nostalgia Ride

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Woodlawn IRT station opening in April 1918, the New York Transit Museum and Woodlawn Cemetery are teaming up for a historical birthday bash. Hop aboard a WWI-Era Lo-V subway car from Grand Central Terminal up to the Bronx, then go on a guided tour by flashlight of the cemetery to learn all about the amazing and colorful people of yore who "reside" there.
