Hotel Pennsylvania

One of the city’s largest and most popular hotels, the Pennsylvania offers reasonable rates and a convenient location (directly opposite Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, and mere blocks from Macy’s and the Empire State Building). After a $7 million renovation in 2008, the rooms are still fairly modest, but offer pleasant respite from the hubbub outside. The host hotel for the annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, the Penn is also happy to accommodate pets.
