National Grid Earthworks: Aw, Ginger Snap!

Kids will learn about the plants that go into everyone's favorite holiday cookie as they grind up cinnamon tree bark, clove flower buds and wheat seeds. The workshop ends with a tasty treat for everyone. Ages 4 and up.
