At the Kids’ Table: Cornelia Van Varick’s Holiday Kitchen

This history-themed cooking class immerses kids in the world of a Dutch child living in New Amsterdam in the 17th century. They’ll whip up yummy orange caraway cookies and fried donuts using old-fashioned tools like spice grinders, sugar nippers, and a dutch oven.
