Annual Halloween Costume Parade

Little ones can don their favorite costumes and march around the block to kick off this trick-or-reading event celebrating 20 years of the eerie Goosebumps series. Afterwards, everyone heads back to the store to make fake monster blood, try out Goosebumps' Horrorland for Wii and spin the Wheel of Misfortune to receive a spooky prize. Ages 3 and up.
