Treat little Star Wars fans to the opportunity of a lifetime: A class where they can make "real" lightsabers and use The Force! Next month, the Liberty Science Center is hosting a Build a Saber in the MakerLab class for kids held over three sessions. Participants will build a glowing saber with the help of vacuformers, 3D printers and other super cool in-house programming tools with the help of MakerLab instructors. To make things feel even more authentic, you'll also walk away with some tips on how to use your brand new creation in saber combat. Woohoo!
Build a Saber in the MakerLab will be held on Dec 2, 9 and 16 10am–12:30pm. To book, call 201-253-1310 or email sales@lsc.org. The class is open to anyone ages 10 and up (even adults)!
