Time Out says

Pete’s does its best to re-create an old-time Brooklyn longshoremen’s saloon—even if it’s too far inland to feel totally authentic. Upmarket offerings include a wide selection of microbrews (Victory Hop Devil, Green Flash IPA, Brooklyn Pennant), multiple ciders and snacks like ländjäger (a smoked pork-and-beef sausage). The tried-and-true burger-and-brew combo is a fine way to go too—true to Pete’s heightened pub gestalt, you can sub a wild-game patty in place of ground sirloin.
