"Race to the End of the Earth"

Little explorers will learn about the contest between Norwegian Roald Amundsen and British Royal Navy captain Robert Falcon Scott to reach the South Pole in the early 1900s. Photographs, paintings, historical artifacts and hands-on activities illuminate the 1,300-mile journey the men and their crews undertook, and the treacherous landscapes they crossed.
