"Haremhab, the General Who Became King"

Before he ruled ancient Egypt, Haremhab was a general in the army under Tutankhamun. The exhibit examines the significance of a life-size statue of the warrior, commissioned while he was in military service. Kids can also view smaller objects—such as wall reliefs, statuettes and works on papyrus—from the same period.
