Time Out says

Works by 23 artists explore the ways in which the Internet has created a "free" culture of information. Indeed, the Web played an integral role in the artistic processes behind many of the projects on view. Lisa Oppenheim's slide show The Sun is Always Setting Somewhere Else was made by photographing snapshots of Iraqi sunsets that Oppenheim found on the photo-sharing site Flickr. While traveling through the former Yugoslavia, artist Aleksandra Domanovic uploaded clips of nightly news-show introductions and had DJs create techno tracks based on them for her video installation, 19:30.
