"Eugene Von Bruenchenhein: 'Freelance Artist–Poet and Sculptor–Inovator–Arrow maker and Plant man–Bone artifacts constructor–Photographer and Architect–Philosopher'"
This exhibition (the misspelling of innovator in the title is intentional) presents the work of Eugene Von Bruenchenhein, an experimental artist from Wisconsin. Families should skip the display of his photography (he took pinup, and sometimes nude, photos of his wife) and head straight to his vibrant, psychological paintings of castle-like structures and botanical scenes. Another hit for kids: towers and thrones made from chicken and turkey bones.
