An ideal spot for people-watching, this green oasis features a bike path that leads directly to the Brooklyn Bridge. Since 1812, the park's land has served a number of purposes, including parade ground, prison, pasture, art museum, post office and even public execution site. The park is home to more than a dozen monuments, including the magestic Mould Fountain.
