This retrospective spanning the whole of Yayoi Kusama's oeuvre is likely to be as eclectic as it is exciting. The Japanese artist employs media ranging from painting and drawing to sculpture, film and installation. Kids will be drawn immediately to her dot-filled environments and such wacky sculptures as an armchair from which various biomorphic shapes seem to grow. Be sure to pick up timed tickets to the accompanying Kusama installation "Fireflies on the Water," which turns a small room into a mini universe of sparkling points of light, reflections and seemingly infinite space with the use of mirrors, a small pool and 150 tiny lights. All ages.
