Celebrate Spring! Workshops

Flushing Town Hall hosts a second installment of this family-friendly series celebrating the arrival of spring: first up, a mask-making workshop with Puerto Rican artist Felipe Rangel. Then, artist Margarita Larios, from Puebla, Mexico, will show kids how to make traditional Mexican paper flowers and papel picado (paper banners). All ages.
