Gather the whole gang and head to Madison Square Park for a special Dia de Reyes (Three Kings' Day) program—a free Afro Cuban dance workshop and performance. Teresita Fernandez, the artist behind the park's whimsical Fata Morgana installation, has put together a day of interactive fun with help from artist Yesenia Selier and over a dozen professional artists from the NYC area. Start things off at one of several 15- to 30-minute music and dance workshops (12–1pm) to prepare for a group procession through the park at 1pm. The parade will travel beneath the Fata Morgana installation in celebration of Carnaval de Santiago de Cuba, a massive celebration in Cuba. All ages.
