What’s on

Arts Market

The twice-monthly Arts Market New Orleans features dozens of local artists selling everything from painting and ceramics to jewelry, home decor, photography and more, including plenty of NOLA-themed items. And of course there will be live music and food vendors.

Beignet Fest

The city’s favorite sweet treat is celebrated at this annual fest. Expect more than just the classic powdered sugar-topped beignet—vendors will be selling everything from sweet versions stuffed with chocolate or mochi to savory options with crawfish etouffee, spinach and artichoke and more. This year’s music lineup includes Imagination Movers, Amanda Shaw and the Cute Guys and Big Sam’s Funky Nation.

Celebration in the Oaks

City Park’s annual holiday celebration is an enchanting spectacle of lights. The park’s majestic oak trees are decked out with more than a million lights, and light sculptures are scattered throughout the park. Tour by bike, on foot, or in your car, and stop in the Botanical Gardens for more holiday cheer.
