Tremé Creole Gumbo Festival

This is your chance to try as many different versions of gumbo all in one spot. Whether it’s traditional seafood, chicken and andouille or a modern take with a twist, these gumbos range from classic and comforting to totally surprising. There are even vegan versions that have won praise. Aside from the gumbo, there will be crafts and of course a lineup of some of the best brass bands in the city.
