Though named after NOLA’s famous French bread-based sandwich, this French Quarter spot goes well beyond po’boys on its extensive menu of creative ‘wiches stuffed with ingredients like roasted cauliflower, house-made chorizo and pecan butter. The Whiskey Grilled Cheese pays tribute to the boozy city that is Killer Poboys’ home, adding a hint of Jameson to the classic sandwich.
