The Quisby

Located in the former (and somewhat infamous) Audubon Hotel, this chic and crisp hostel offers both an array of shared and private dorms in their 30 room abode. Prices start at $30 (plus tax) a night in the low season (breakfast included!). The building, which is located right on St. Charles Avenue, has gone through a stunning renovation, and the stylish interior is a must-see. While the Quisby is modern and sleek, it pays homage to the city at every turn, particularly in their bunk beds, which are made by local furniture company, Holz Works.
