Developed by James Beard award-winning chef Gerard Craft, Pastaria is serving up handmade pasta, pies and other Italian favorites in a converted medical office park—that’s right, you heard us. Some of the freshest pasta around, the menu offers a variety of pasta options, from gluten free to classic. Start with the marinated olives and burrata (eight-year old balsamic!) to kick off the meal right. Other menu favorites are the Bucatini Rigate and, of course, the pizza, which is made to order.
