Two Quebec ski resorts ranked the most expensive in Canada

A recent ranking of local ski resorts revealed two of the most costly spots in the country are in Quebec.

Winter is officially here, which means all our favourite outdoor activities have begun—from skating and skiing, to wandering through the city’s Christmas markets while admiring Montreal’s holiday lights.

According to Ski Canada, over 19 million Canadians hit the slopes last year. And thanks to the (late) arrival of snow, Quebec’s ski hills are finally open.

Analyzing which ski resorts are the most and least expensive to visit (per day) in 2024, Casino.org looked at the following average costs:

What is the most expensive ski resort in Quebec?

Here is the ranking of the two most expensive Quebec ski resorts:

Mont-Tremblant ski resort ranks 10th most expensive in Canada , costing visitors $587 per day.

At Mont-Tremblant, a meal and a beer cost $33—the 2nd highest price in the country.

Mont-Sainte-Anne ranks 11th among the most expensive resorts in Canada , with a daily cost of $580.50.

In Mont-Sainte-Anne, equipment rental for a day costs $103–the highest price in the country.

What is the most expensive place to ski in Canada?

Banff Sunshine Village Ski Resort was ranked the most expensive resort.
