UPDATE July, 2024: Royalmount announced that the opening date has been delayed to September, 2024 due to construction delays.

Royalmount has also announced the creation of a unique experience that will celebrate art in all its forms when it opens August, 2024. The art walk, accessible to all visitors, is an unprecedented initiative featuring 15 works by 17 avant-garde artists from Canada and abroad. Collaborations with MASSIVart, LNDMRK, and Art Souterrain have brought this vision to life, with each piece centred on the theme of "Unexpected Horizons," and additional works to be added over the years to keep the experience fresh.

Luxury brands, an aquarium, upscale restaurants and sprawling green spaces

Some of the world’s leading brands—plus eateries, parks, immersive experiences and more—are coming to Montreal and the countdown is on.

Royalmount, located a few blocks from the Orange Julep in midtown Montreal, will be opening this summer and phase 1 of the project is a game-changer.

The first phase, expected to open in August 2024, will consist of shopping, restaurants, experiential attractions, an elevated linear park as well as a 1.8-hectare urban park sprawled across 824,000 square feet.

Louis Vuitton is gearing up to unveil its very first standalone store in Quebec, setting up shop in a 9,150 sq ft flagship store.

Not to be outdone, Gucci will also be making its debut in the market with an 8,700 sq ft space right in the centre of the action.

Joining the ranks is also Tiffany & Co., marking its grand entrance with its largest store in the city. Additionally, RH is set to make waves with a sprawling 46,500 sq ft gallery, serving as both the brand’s flagship store in Montreal and its debut in Quebec.

But wait, there's more! Sandro and Maje are also in the mix. Sandro will be opening a 2,700 sq ft store showcasing a mix of men's and women's fashion, while Maje will be debuting its 1,500 sq ft boutique, marking their first foray into the province.
