Negroni Week has returned to Montreal for another seven-day session of boozy fundraising: From September 13 to 19, dozens of restaurants and bars are pitching in negroni recipes that are both classic and playing with what's traditional and original.

This year's edition has as many as 33 different spots—this time ranging from restaurants and bars with celebrated mixologists to spas—in and around the city are offering up all kinds of cocktails to try out. Here's where you can find the full list (just search for Montreal).

In Saint-Henri and Griffintown, spots like Satay Brothers, Bar Courcelle, Foxy, Mano Cornuto, and Bird Bar are whipping up negronis.

Downtown, check out Cafe Gentile, the 1960s-style Italian hangout Caffettiera, or even O Coiffure & Spa to get some pampering done while you knock back their low ABV version.

Down in Old Montreal, there's Jacopo and Terrasse William Gray (and a few others) whipping up their own versions.

Farther uptown in the Plateau and Little Italy, there's Vol de Nuit and Big in Japan Bar, the restaurant Josésphine, and the all-new cocktail bar Peacock to try out.

Depending on where you go, your purchase of a drink will go towards a variety of charities. The exact charity depends on who you're picking up a drink from, and can vary from a list of 50 different charities across 17 categories (seven of which are based in Canada).

Don't know the event? Negroni Week comes from Imbibe Magazine and Campari; back in 2013, the event was created to celebrate the cocktail and to raise raise money for charities around the world. According to the organizers, Negroni Week has grown from approximately 120 participating venues to over 12,000 venues and has collectively raised over $3 million for charitable causes.

Negroni Week is running from September 13 to 19 at participating locations, the full list of which can be found here.
