Mouthwatering street food? Performances, interactive games and art installations?
The 2024 edition of Marché de Nuit Asiatique de Montréal has returned, and it's bigger than ever. Best of all? Admission is free!
Wandering through a night market is one of the best things to do in Montreal. The colours, sounds, and delicious smells from the street food stalls keep us coming back year after year.
The event is a cultural and culinary celebration, featuring captivating shows and street performances. You'll find interactive games, face painting, an exciting mural painting competition, and a variety of other family-friendly activities.
Dig into lamb skewers, steamed fried buns, fried soft shell crab, stir-fry hotpot, crème brûlée ube and matcha fried milk bread and shaved us—and so much more.
Most dishes range between $4 and $8, with premium dishes available between $9 and $12.
Montréal’s Chinatown Asian Night Market aims to invigorate and support local businesses, enhance the commercial energy of Chinatown and breathe new life into the neighbourhood.
The market also encourages residents to rediscover Chinatown, a dynamic part of the city.
Partnering with Mural, the Montréal-based nonprofit focused on bringing street art to the forefront, this year’s event will feature show stopping installations by Cambodian artist Maylee Keo and a live mural creation by the talented Bryan Beyung at the corner of René-Lévesque and Saint-Laurent.
Get ready for live painting, outdoor performances and street shows that will light up the evenings after dark.
This year, Spade & Palacio will offer French-guided 90 minute tours ($20) departing at 5 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays that will take visitors past over 20 original murals across Montréal.
