Free beer and one of the best smash burgers in the city?
Head to Time Out Market Montréal for free tastings from Wills Beer, Time Out Market Montréal’s brewery of the month.
Every month the Market puts the spotlight on one of our favourite microbreweries in the Beer Bar, and this March Wills Beer is in the limelight.
Taste the Lager Tchèque (a Czech-inspired golden lager, slightly cloudy, with cereal and herbaceous aromas), the NZ PaleAle (a Pale Ale with expressive aromas of fresh citrus, tropical fruits and white grapes) and the Eloïse IPA3 (expect flavours of mango and citrus with tropical fruit and stone fruit aromatics).
When is the free beer tasting at Time Out Market Montréal?
Don't miss the official tasting day on Thursday, March 21, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Beer Bar at Time Out Market Montreal (one of the Market’s 6 bars).
You'll have the opportunity to meet the brand ambassador during happy hour and learn from their expertise while sipping on the latest brew from Wills Beer.
What else is happening at Time Out Market Montréal?
It’s official: As of today, the mouthwatering aroma of seared beef, golden-kissed fries, gooey cheese, and the expertly crafted blend of homemade spices fill the air at Time Out Market Montréal. And what goes better with burgers than beer?
The king of the smash burger, Chez Simon Cantine Urbaine, and his unctuous dishes have arrived at the Market. Don’t miss Simon’s classic, a perfectly smashed 100-gram patty, capicola, a schmear of American cheddar cheese, a few crisp pickles, caramelized onions, Simon’s signature sauce, all wrapped inside "Martin's" pillowy potato buns.
Other burgers also shine on the menu, like the "Big Time Burger" — available exclusively at Time Out Market Montréal that recalls the flavours of another "Big" burger from a very well-known chain. Then there’s the "T-Town Burger" that channels a sloppy joe topped with a tex-mex and provolone cheese blend (hello jalapenos, chipotle sauce, and southwest), and by popular demand, the famous "Bacon + Bacon Burger", a big favorite of Le Burger Week thanks to the mind-bending house-smoked back bacon and bacon jam. And we haven’t even talked about the poutine.
