From Louis Vuitton to Versace to Le Labo and Birks, it’s the largest concentration of luxury flagship stores in the province of Quebec.

And the most glamorous.

Glass atriums and over 60 murals, sculptures, photographs and illustrations—curated in collaboration with MASSIVart and created by over 30 emerging and established artists—are accessible to all throughout the mall.

The giant heated outdoor patio overlooks a 77,000 square foot piazza-inspired urban park, said to house a skating rink come winter (and lit up with twinkling trees during the summer and fall).

Expected to be the largest LEED Gold-certified retail development in Canada, its covered pedestrian bridge which directly connects the district to De La Savane metro is a highlight of its commitment to sustainability.

When it comes to shopping, it’s a marriage of aspirational flagship stores and unique retail concepts—some of which have never been seen on the Quebec market.

We’re talking about Gucci, Saint Laurent, Jimmy Choo, Longchamp, RH and Moncler for starters.

It’s also home to the largest concentration of watch and jewelry boutiques in the province, with brands including Tiffany and Co., David Yurman, TAG Heuer, Tudor, IWC, Omega, Montblanc and, for the first time in Canada, TimeVallée.

Rolex will also open the largest boutique in the country, operated by Raffi Jewellers.

Rennaï, a new beauty and wellness concept, will also open its first flagship store. And Le Fou Fou will offer 12 dining options, four bars and a catering service.
