The Beer Bar at Time Out Market Montreal is featuring another one of our favorite local microbreweries in July: Boréale!

What makes Boréale so special?

Boréale is the result of exceptional work by Brasseurs du Nord. For over 30 years, every day, beer after beer, Boréale strives to awaken the bear (a nod to their logo) within you: natural beers from day one, the first red ale in Quebec, environmentally-friendly containers and packaging.

When are the free tastings at Time Out Market Montreal?

Don't miss the official tasting day on Wednesday, July 5, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Beer Bar (one of the six bars at Time Out Market Montreal).

You'll have the opportunity to meet the brand ambassadors and immerse yourself in their expertise while sipping on Boréale beers from the "ÉPISODES" collection and the "ARTISAN" series.

Which beers will be available at the Market?

Saison des Plages
Lemon, peppery hints, herbaceous finish

This summery festive beer, inspired by Belgian traditions, skillfully combines lemon and herbaceous notes. Refreshing and completely natural, this seasonal beer was designed to be by your side during your best summer moments, whether they take place in the shade—or under the bright sun.

IPA des Côtes
Citrus notes, fresh grains, hint of bitterness

Grapefruit, lime, and lemon: these citrus notes blend with a pronounced bitterness to create a beer that's rich in flavour. This hybrid brings together the best of both East and West Coast IPAs, creating a beer worthy of Boréale's craftsmanship. If you're not already an IPA enthusiast, this one will convert you.

L'IPA du Nord-Est
A pale and hazy IPA with fruity aromas and moderate bitterness

L'IPA du Nord-Est takes you on a journey. It starts with exotic aromas that awaken the taste buds, followed by a gentle bitterness typical of New England IPAs (NEIPAs). It's the perfect balance that is guaranteed to satisfy all palates.
