Move over, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively: Montreal welcomed two very familiar faces recently for a tour of the town.

Actors Samuel Arnold and Bruno Gouery, stars of the Netflix show Emily in Paris, ate their way across Montreal, stopping by some of our famous landmarks and sampling some of our iconic dishes.

From mouthfuls of delicious poutine to a downtown rooftop with views of one of the city’s most impressive art installations, we’re sure these two will be back for more.

But as Bruno Gouery said in a video posted to Instagram: “When I see it at the beginning, I say I can’t try this. Now, it’s very good.” Samuel Arnold also had a few questions about the “squeaky cheese”.

2. St-Viateur

Opting for a bagel-making lesson with the St-Viateur crew, they appeared to enjoy every second as they bit into sesame-seed bagels slathered in cream cheese.

3. The Ring

Arnold and Gouery also stopped by the art installation at Esplanade PVM for a photo op in front of the giant ring, home to one of the city’s most exciting outdoor performances during the summer.
