Time Out Market Montréal, home to some of the best chefs and restaurants in the city under one (air-conditioned) roof, has launched a brand new beer menu that is guaranteed to quench your thirst.
Putting the spotlight on 9 of our favourite local microbreweries, and an Italian staple for good measure, the Market’s new beer menu will offer a taste of Microbrasserie Charlevoix, Dieu du Ciel, 4 Origines, L’Espace Public, Vox Populi, Pit Caribou, Wills, Brasseurs du Nord and Messorem—including (last but not least) Peroni.
Whether you opt for the tasting tray (your choice of 4 different draught beers), an endless glass of raspberry sour or an impossibly drinkable amber ale, there’s something for everyone.
Make sure to wash it all down with some of the summer’s best dishes, like the five-napkin burger from the king of the smash burgers.
Or Gaspesie shrimp and herbed mayo piled high on an oversized brioche bun. (Time Out Tip: Swap the shrimp out for lobster and you’ve got another dish you’ll want to eat all summer long).
