Come and discover authentic flavours, meet the chefs featured in the book, Ayiti: Histoires de Chefs, and support an initiative that celebrates Haitian excellence and creativity during Black History Month.

The book, written by Carla Beauvais, celebrates Haiti's culinary culture through the portraits and recipes of 13 chefs. From griot to soup joumou, it offers a flavourful journey between the traditional and contemporary.
