Montreal’s famous nightlife scene just got a little more iconic.

With recent visits to the city by Ryan Reynolds, Joe Jonas and Blake Lively, the newest celebrity spotting in Montreal took the bar scene to another level.

Billed as the biggest supper club in Canada, Yoko Luna—a bucket list restaurant and club spot tucked inside an indoor Japanese garden—got a visit from the legendary rapper and actor.

Busta Rhymes was in Montreal for a concert at the Montreal Bell Centre, home to some of the best shows in the city and a few steps from Yoko Luna (one of our favourite downtown spots).

Picture a grand, mirrored entrance that leads into a 6,000 square foot dining room re-imagined to look like a Japanese garden.

A 15-foot-tall Geisha towers over the room, cradling the DJ in the palm of her hand above the crowd, while a team of sushi rollers work at her feet.

The supper club delivers a larger-than-life experience to downtown Montreal, so it’s no surprise that Busta Rhymes decided to check it out.

In a video posted on Instagram, Rhymes grabbed the microphone and said to the late night crowd:

"I don’t even know what the curfew is in Montreal, Canada, but I don’t care. Let me tell you what I care about: I care about the people, I care about the city, I care about the country. I care about the love.”

After expressing his love for Montreal and Canada, Rhymes also performed a little freestyle.

Located in the heart of Montreal, a few blocks from Time Out Market Montreal and one of the buzziest new restaurants in the city, Yoko Luna is known for its fine dining and sister location, restaurant and bar The Farsides.

The Farsides, a Thai and tiki-themed spot (yes, it's as fun as it sounds—see below), recently opened a new location on the south shore:
