Now that bars are back up and running at full speed in the city, there's never been a better time to drink up events like this: On November 23 and 24, the French vodka brand Grey Goose is turning Café Olimpico's downtown location into an underground Parisian-inspired pop-up bar.

They're calling it Grey Goose Après Dark (ooh là là!): From 6pm to 11:30pm, Montrealers can book a 30-minute visit to the clandestine café to "embrace French music, cocktail culture and Grey Goose Vodka," the organizers wrote to Time Out Montreal.

"The full experience will be centered around the atmosphere, with bartenders showcasing their skills and teaching guests how to make the perfect espresso martini cocktail at home, while serving up delicious French pastries."

One of the coolest parts? Each guest can enjoy a complimentary espresso martini and a range of light desserts for free. Seeing as it will be National Espresso Day on their first day of operation, the whole thing feels very apropos. All Montrealers need to do is reserve their spot online via the Montreal page for the Grey Goose Après Dark event right here.

Grey Goose Après Dark is taking place at the downtown location of Café Olimpico (1333 boul. Robert-Bourassa) on November 23 and 24 from 6pm to midnight each night. The first bookings begin at 6pm and the last ones take place at 11:30pm; guests must be legal drinking age to attend, and should expect all local COVID-19 guidelines to be followed (including vaccine passports).
