Hazy, neon lighting? A leopard-print pool table? The 90s are alive and well at this epic watering hole.
The team behind the Atwater Cocktail Club, one of the city’s most beloved hidden bars and recently ranked on North America’s 50 Best Bars 2023 list, has opened a dive bar with a sophisticated twist called Bon Délire.
The latest addition to the Montreal-based hospitality group Groupe Barroco, Bon Délire might be giving hole-in-the-wall vibes, but is anything but.
With a beverage program led by Thomas Yeo, Christophe Beaudoin and Kate Boushel, you’re looking at 23 dive bar-inspired cocktails with cheeky names.
Order a “Make it Strong, Bro” (a blend of six liquors, citrus, black tea, and Bon Délire’s house cola syrup) or “Not Everything is a Spritz” (a refreshing concoction of St-Germain, Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato, Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter and grapefruit juice).
Don't forget the “Just a Vodka Soda” whose name says everything you need to know.
Throw in some slushies, old-school beer and boiler makers and some free popcorn, and you’ve got our attention.
In a city that’s famous for its next-level sandwiches, Bon Délire is also home to Bon Déli—serving up Porchetta, Boulettes de Viande Fugazzi, Muffuletta, Poulet Pané and Caprese sandwiches.
Steps from some of the city’s best restaurants, pizzerias and bars—and a short walk from the Lachine Canal and some of the city’s best brunches—Bon Délire is a stellar addition to Saint-Henri.
