This might just be the best week of the year.

From Madonna to born-and-raised Montrealers, the tasty (read: addictive) combination of fries, cheese curds and gravy is one of the city’s most beloved cheap and iconic dishes. And just when we thought that holy trinity couldn’t get any better, enter La Poutine Week.

Kicking off at the beginning of February, restaurants across the province (and country!) will be offering their own version of poutine and the results are saucy.

Head to Time Out Market Montréal for 6 new, next-level twists on Quebec’s classic dish. Make sure to wash it all down with a beer, glass of wine or drink from the brand new cocktail menu.
