Sen Yai Sen Lek - Thai Rice & Noodles

Carb lovers, take note: this northeast Minneapolis favorite—whose name translates to “big noodle, little noodle”—specializes in rice and noodle entrees, plus Isan sticky rice. The latter dishes feature warm, fragrant sticky rice accompanied by northern Thai specialties including tum tua (long bean salad with garlic, peanuts and dried shrimp); nuea dat deow (dried beef seasoned with coriander seeds); and nuea yang naam tok, marinated steak salad with mint, cilantro and nutty toasted rice powder.
