Spring Naked Cake Baking Class with maman’s Elisa Marshall

Learn how to style an effortlessly chic cake with Elisa Marshall, co-founder and owner of the insanely popular New York-born, French-inspired Maman bakeries. At the shop's new Wynwood location, Marshall will reveal her tips and tricks for dressing a naked cake, including various icing and assembly techniques and how to decorate using seasonal elements. Guests will be able to decorate their own cake to take home. Tickets ($115) to the evening come with light bites, drip coffee and tea, and wine will be available for purchase.
