Proceeds from this farm-to-table-themed tasting event at The Palms Hotel & Spa directly benefit Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program. Sample dozens of the city’s top chefs, local growers and producers including Chef Niven Patel (Orno and Mamey), Chef Christian Chirino (TUR Kitchen), Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli (Luca Osterio and Eating house) and many more. Slow Food Miami’s signature event is an annual celebration of good, clean and fair food, featuring the freshest farm-to-table produce, heritage-raised meats and locally produced craft beers and spirits.
