Plant Miami's guest chef series with Nivel Patel

Wynwood’s vegan oasis Plant Miami welcomes Ghee Indian Kitchen’s chef Niven Patel for its newly launched guest chef series. The four-course, Indian-inspired menu incorporates locally sourced ingredients from Paradise Farms and Rancho Patel, the chef’s very own farm in Homestead. Dishes will be paired with local craft beers and specialty cocktails designed to highlight the meal.
