Montreux Jazz Festival

Catch Jon Batiste & Friends, WILLOW, Chaka Khan, Janelle Monáe and more at the second annual Montreux Jazz Festival Miami, a three-day musical event taking over The Hangar in Coconut Grove. Settling into its new Miami digs for a second year, this legendary festival has been bringing some of the world's biggest musicians to perform in Switzerland since 1967—everyone from Etta James and Elton John to Miles Davis and David Bowie. On Sunday, close out the fest with “La Descarga,” an electrifying Afro-Cuban improvised jam session hosted by Jon Batiste and 2024 Latin GRAMMY Record of the Year nominee Cimafunk. In addition to main stage attractions, there will be sunset concerts featuring emerging artists and food from top Miami restaurants.
