Bayside Marketplace is ringing in its 30th birthday with a full day of events, concerts and culinary demos. Hosted by chef James Tahhan, the first-annual Locales Festival brings together several of Miami's top chefs, including Cindy Hutson, Adrianne Calvo and Ingrid Hoffmann, and highlights the city's vibrant Latin culture with performances and lots of family-friendly activities.
