In honor of La Mar’s tenth anniversary, Executive Chef Diego Oka and founder Gastòn Acurio have tapped six esteemed friends and fellow Miami chefs to partake in an all-inclusive night on the water featuring hot and cold food stations and a selection of greatest-hits bites from La Mar's acclaimed Peruvian menu. Expect culinary creations that encapsulate the spirit of Peru from chef Valerie Chang of Maty’s; Carlos Garcia from Leku; Karla Hoyos from Tacotomia; and Alejandro Díaz, Chema Cárdenas and Santiago Huen from Miami Slice. Tickets ($195 per person) also include live music, entertainment and bottomless, wine, spirits and Piscos.
