Don’t let the pink decor fool you: Form 50 Fitness is not in the business of delicate workouts. This type of low-impact interval workout (known as LIIT) is performed on a specialized Formformer (similar to the Pilates reformer) built with more springs for increased resistance. You’ll do everything on the machine, from squats to lunges to pull-ups with your instructor guiding you each step of the way. The moves are slow and controlled but brace for the bursts, short intervals designed to burn out your muscles and generate quick, lasting results.
