Founders Jonathan Perlman and Rodrigo Bravo conceived Belly Fish with the ideal that Michelin-level cuisine can go beyond the restaurant and into the comfort of wherever you may be. Their absolute obsession with food has gained them notoriety in the culinary world. Hosted by Eleanor Hoh, the pop-up dining event kicks off with mingling and cocktails, leading into a four-course dinner. Chef Rodrigo, a two-time Grammy award-winning musician turned Michelin chef, will walk guests through each course, ensuring an intimate culinary journey. Wok Star Supper Club’s roving, communal dining format creates space for locals to experience a variety of chef-driven philosophies and cultures.
