Carnaval on the Mile

It’s the season for street festivals and Coral Gables’ most popular (and free!) outdoor party of the year happens along Miracle Mile the first weekend in March. Stroll the string of tents showcasing art, jewelry and wares from local vendors plus kids activations and so much delicious food. Three stages flank the free fest, on 37th Avenue and LeJeune Road, where live bands and DJs keep the music going ’til late. For its 26th edition, Cuban singer Leoni Torres and Cuban folk ensemble Cortadito headline, among others.
