Bacon & BBQ Classic

Fairchild Garden hosts its second-annual Bacon & BBQ Classic. The all-day meatfest brings together some of Miami's finest pitmasters and meat purveyors, including Smoke House, Latin Fixins, TJ's Southern Kitchen, El Machine Gon, The Cask and more. There will be flights of bourbon, mimosa tastings and a variety of beer pairings to go with all that meat. Plus, expect live music from Tilt, a pie and watermelon eating contest, and lawn games for the kids to play.
