Sawgrass Mills

The venerable Sawgrass Mills is in Broward, the next county north of Miami-Dade. It’s a trek, but worth the effort. There are more than 350 designer stores enclosed in a two-mile-long structure designed by noted postmodernists Arquitectonica. Names include Barneys, Calvin Klein, Levi’s, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th and Tory Burch. Stores at a newer upscale enclave, the Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass, include Burberry, Tory Burch and Jimmy Choo—and there’s valet parking. When shopping fatigue sets in, try the GameRoom video-game parlor or the 23-screen cinema. Just be warned: if you’re scared of crowds, this mall ain’t for you.
