Wynwood Arcade’s fine-dining restaurant found a way to capitalize on Miamians’ short attention span: rotate your chefs. Three’s chef-in-residence program brings toques from around the U.S. to showcase their talents locally for a limited time. Summer 2019 welcomes Ari Taymor of Little Prince in Los Angeles, who brings seasonal, California-inspired cuisine to the neighborhood. Three serves weekend brunch as well as dinner, which can be had at the 10-seat chef’s counter (a prime spot for folks curious about how their food gets made) or at any one of the 100 seats in the chic, contemporary space.
